A New Beginning

     I've been away from the blog for longer than I'd like to have been, but there's been no helping it.  Our landlord decided to raise our rent to $1200 per month for the townhouse, so we've been scrambling like mad to find a new place.  There's no way I will pay that much for a little postage stamp sized plot of grass.  Good news though, we've found a place in the country on 29 acres of land.

     The house has four bedrooms and has some beautiful, majestic old white oak trees in the front yard.  There is a 3 acre pond on the property too.  So, once the moving and getting settled is done there will be more opportunities for communing with the nature spirits.  I look forward to getting acquainted with the spirits of the land, and I think there may be a somewhat strong genius loci on the property as well, and I look forward to getting to know them all.

     I'm very optimistic about this opportunity for advancing farther along the path so close outside my front door.  I hope I will soon have some worthwhile experiences to share with you here.
